Sports refers to the physical
activities generally involving skills of competitive nature. Sports are the
source of recreation. They provide relief and a sense of relaxation in life. In
addition, there are various kinds of games such as football, cricket, tennis, etc.
They are very essential to maintain health and physical fitness. Sports combine
exercises and help to build a fine physique. It makes people mentally alert and
physically strong. Further, good health is one of the most important benefits of
sports. Sports are a good diversion and they give the energy to learn lessons
well. This would encourage them to take active decisions regardless of their
lives and be responsive. Sport is the greatest way of passing leisure time. By
playing games people can forget their anxiety and entertain their minds. Finally,
people must do any sports in order to refresh themselves and live a healthy
life.
