in India more than 638 million people live without toilets more householders have televisions and more people have mobile phones than decent awareness, not only in Indian but also in south Asia where 706 million people or 45 percent of the population have no toilets at all. in their people who are compelled to use open fields instead of toilets and exposing their major health risks. every year in South Asia 500,000 children die simply because of unhealthy sanitation and water. in Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India poor sanitation is a major obstacle in the fight to reduce childhood death and disease. it impacts the child's like malaria and AIDS combined forcing million to spend weeks from work to school.

            Even in the recent catastrophic floods in Pakistan, a need appraisal carried out across four provinces expressed that 61 percent of those affected by the floods had an active cell phone while only 20% had access to a decent (clean and functioning) toilet.

                Face one of the campaigns is aimed at 700,000 people in four districts affected by the floods in the provinces of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 

            Every year hundreds of thousands of lives are lost because of the lack of clean water, decent toilets, and hygiene.
