Dengue fever outbreak
across Balochistan province as of February 13 risk highest in the province due
to mosquito bites. According to officials, more than 250 were reported in the southern regions of Balochistan. This represents the most recent data available as of 1st March.
Dengue fever is a year-round and nationwide risk in Pakistan.
While dengue fever is
endemic to the coastal areas of Balochistan. Now as the current district mine
has faced some cases of dengue fever which can further bring impacts and health
issues, the authorities are requested to work on the highest process and to
decrease the cases of dengue fever.
