The book "Animal
Farm" is one of the most famous worldwide novels written by a well-known
and wonderful author George Orwell.
Animal Farm was
published in 1945, and in 1995 it received the W.H Smith and Penguin Books
Great Reads of the century award. This novel and Orwell another novel 1984
brought him worldwide fame.
This novel is very
easy: children can read it easily and take interest. Since the book is written in
very simple and easy words and it can be read on many levels. This is the type
of novella that the reader finds new depth every time he or she read it again.
It is a satirical
allegorical novella, and its writer novel or well made no secret of the regime
and politicians. According to him, the fable reflects events leading up to the
Russian revolution of 1917 and then on into the Stalinist era of the Soviet
Union.
The book tells the story of a group of farm
animals who insurgent against their human farmer, hoping to create a society
where the animals can be equal, free, and happy. In the end, the insurrection
break faith, and the farm end up in a state as bad as it was before, under the
dictatorship of a pig named Napoleon.
At last, I suggest every reader read this novella which is
very interesting and engrossing.
