Heartbreak is a simple word but when you internally see and learn about it then when you realize the only person you ever loved, prioritized, and feel that he/was your destiny has left you in your worst times.

            Heartbreak is when you try to reach out to your friends after getting ditched by your lover and then they turn a hard-of-hearing ear. Heartbreak is when, despite all this, you struggle each day wishing for something to get better but you end up realizing that 'time will heal everything is a myth. when you still try to make things better with the person who broke your heart and he/she still doesn't give respect. After broken form Love you feel everything is going bad. heartbroken you feel no people to support, no goal to reach for, no success in career.no important goal for your career.

            The first thing to realize is that your happiness is never based on someone staying or leaving. It is always about you. You are the cure. First, understand that emotions are like visitors, let them come and go. Don't attach yourself to feel. They will ultimately let you down. A heartbreak is exactly that. When your heart needs a break.

            To cure your heartbreak, it starts with 3 simple things: physical health, emotional health, and some solitude. I want to say a prayer but not everyone prays. It's a personal choice.

            Do some exercise, and get out in the sun as your body requires. Eat well and eat slowly. Understand that your body is YOU. It's all you have. Understand that heartbreak is not a bad thing. It's a teacher of all the wonderful qualities and life skills that you can use within you to backfire. Stop befriending your pain and ministering to the breakup. Feed your thoughts with the understanding that all things eventually should have no attachment. Be attached to yourself. Focus on yourself. develop yourself. Recreate yourself. get more achievements and love your Nation.

 

            I understand that we all deal with emotional stress differently but the common line we all have as humans is to sense early in the recovery process that this too shall pass. Throw yourself a pity party. Release all the hurt in your pity party. Give it a time limit. After that, wash your face, dress up and go out into the world.

            My dear friend, nothing is worth being broken over. YOU are the master in your masterpiece of a life. Own it, breathe life into it and express a grade that no matter what your label says. you are the winner of your life.
