If you want to fully concentrate
on your studies and work, meditate. Meditation is a great tool to get rid of
distractions. The reason you can't concentrate when studying or working is
because of thoughts that are out of your control and you can't stop.
Scientists
say that humans have about 60,000 thoughts a day. And of those 60,000 thoughts,
about 85% are negative thoughts. And about 90% of those negative thoughts are
thoughts I had yesterday. In other words, most of our everyday thoughts are
useless thoughts, that is, idle thoughts. How can I stop these constant
thoughts?
I got rid of these distractions through meditation.
This meditation is scientific and systematic. There is an exact way. Throughout
their lives, people take pictures of everything they see, hear, feel, taste and
smell and store it in their brains. Since people have never thrown them away,
they have no choice but to think about countless things in a day.
Before I meditated, I was not in good health and had constant
headaches due to constant thoughts. And I couldn't get the grades I was trying
for and the results of my work were not good. I started meditating when I
couldn't learn anything or complete a task because I had too many thoughts. I
let go of the thoughts that filled my head with a precise meditation method.
It's amazing that a train of thought that I can't stop, no matter how much I
want to throw it away, can be thrown off by meditation. I just dismissed the
countless thoughts that came to my mind even when I closed my eyes using the
meditation method.
The
biggest change is that I don't think of useless thoughts. Instead, I started
focusing on my work. And I realized my abilities and talents and had a focus on
developing them. Being able to write in English like this on a blogger is a
miracle for me. I write one or two articles a week. Being able to look back and
write an honest story about myself is proof that I gained tremendous
concentration.
And if in the past I couldn't put
anything into practice because I thought too much, now I can put what I thought
into practice. As a teacher of high school students, I actively participate in
the creation of teaching materials and participate in meetings where I share
ideas with fellow teachers. I found a job that I could devote myself to and I
worked hard so that the results were good and the people around me recognized
me. As a result, I try to work as best as possible.
