Load shedding refers to interrupting Electric energy in certain areas. Electricity supply issues routinely appear above the fold in the leading Pakistani newspapers. In the summers, load shedding can exceed 18 hours in many areas, effectively depriving them of power altogether. Turbat being the highest rank in the term of the population in Balochistan suffers from the crises of Load shedding.

Turbat hardly ever gets electricity for 10 or 12 hours a day despite the intense summer heat. The administration failed to provide energy as per schedule. As reported by the public, QESCO has a personal interruption of providing energy in the area. This is affecting, everyday individual lives, from school to hospitals.

The Public said "the bill is paid before the due date", but still deprived of energy power. Residents of Turbat have urged the government of Balochistan to reprimand QESCO for unacceptable load shedding and request to provide as per schedule.
