1. 1. Don't talk to many people about your
problems. Many of them don't care and don't have a solution. Telling many
people about your predicament can erode your confidence and mental well-being
in that they might start to make fun of you with your predicament.
2. 2. Accept that your actions are the only
thing that can be controlled, and your actions will surely find a way out of a
difficult situation.
3. 3. Realize that being in a difficult
situation is part of life and part of your own development. See a difficult
situation as an opportunity to grow and learn.
4. 4. Wake up each day appreciating the gift of
life and read something positive. It could be the Holy Quran or one of those
spiritual books that can be general.
5. 5. Go solo, meditate a lot and journal,
isolate yourself from the crowd and once again only share your problem with
trusted people who can lift you up again.
When the going gets
tough, you have to be tougher, and staying calm is one of the underrated
qualities. Life itself is not supposed to be easy, but you can make life easier
by overcoming your fears. Be strong.
