Illegal establishments

          In recent times a number of garages and parking lots have flooded the city, especially on narrow streets and sidewalks, causing many pedestrians and motorists to suffer. And the global mafia operates in a variety of areas including illegal activities and illegal structures. All of this happens while the authorities continue to close their eyes.
