Early marriage has become one of the leading
issues all over the world. It's beyond my mind and unpredictable to guess the
pains and unbearable conditions of those children who are being forcefully
married, even they aren't able enough to know what actually marriage is with
the age of 5 to 15.
However, early marriage is not only the impact on depriving the desirable basic needs and wants, rather it impacts with millions of unbearable problems. Child brides are more likely to experience early pregnancies and go on to have more children than girls who marry later.
This
surely increases their risks of pregnancy and child-birth-related complications
which can have long-term health impacts or even cause death. It is also
reported that pregnancy may create physical and mental conditions that
affect the health of the mother or the baby. These problems can be caused by or
can be made worse by being pregnant. Then many problems are mild and do not
progress; however, when they forcefully do, it can harm or damage the baby or
Mother.
In the age of childhood and schooling, they go through physical, sexual, and psychological issues. Further, it's shameful to say that in today's modern era 12 million girls tie the knot before the age of 18 each year, as it was written in a publication. And it's heart-rending to see the children suffering from tortures like violent abuse, social and personal growth, heart attacks, domestic violence, malnutrition in offspring, pregnancy termination, Or psychiatric disorders, like, major depressive disorder, phobias, nicotine dependence, and much more.
Moreover,
in global the women, who married before 18 years, are three times more likely to
be beaten by their spouses than the women, who married at 21 or older and also
2 million-plus adolescents living with HIV. Ear marriage is a worldwide
massive issue but still, there isn't any reduction of rates of early marriages,
and some countries are having high rates of early marriages. As Niger is top
with 76 percentage, Central African Republic is with 68 percentage
Chad is with 67 percent, Bangladesh is with 59 percent, etc. and there are maximum countries with such high rates.
And our Pakistan is not less than others, which is more
than 20 percent of percent Pakistani are victims of early marriages. It wonders
to believe that early marriages are caused due to gender inequality, social
norms, traditional and customary practices, peer pressure, poverty, and poor
parenting.
Thus,
the government of the countries should ban early marriages to save the children
from all these tortures and disorders and it will bring development to the
world because as much greater your generation is generated the greater will be
the countries tomorrow. Because today's generation is tomorrow's generator.
