Malnutrition is the deficiency of nutrition in our body. It may also be caused due to the consumption of bad-quality food. It affects the physical as well as mental growth of children. Tiredness, undergrowth, unintentional weight loss, etc. are some of its symptoms. There are two types of malnutrition: undernutrition and overnutrition.

Poverty and price are the main causes of malnutrition. It weakens the immune system and increases the risk of infection children, poor, people of old age and pregnant women are more likely prone to it is the major cause of health-related death. Malnutrition also affects the economy and development of the country. The matter needs to be sorted out quickly.
