DEPRESSION|| The mood Disorder 

            Depression is classified as a mood disorder. It may have described feeling sad and lonely. Depression is a complex disease that can happen for various reasons. Some people have a serious medical illness and sometimes it happens with Life changes such as death or a beloved one left us.

         In addition, depression that can get worse due to depression includes Diabetes, Cancer, Obesity, and Asthma.


            It is important to realize that sometimes ups and downs come in our life that we feel sad but if we are hopeless daily basis then we will be dealing with depression.

        There are several possible causes of Depression; the effects of depression are feeling tired all the time, getting trouble sleeping, and losing interest in daily activities.  Because depression doesn't only affect our mood and emotion but it also affects the body. There are a variety of ways we can overcome depression, such as;

1. Read Motivational books that can inspire and motivate us. By reading books we can feel better.

2. Notice good things. Depression affects a person's view of things, noticing three or four things every day positively cause the more we notice, the more we feel comfortable.

3. Eat healthy food. Eating healthy food affects our mood and we can get energy. 

4. Do exercise. By walking 20 or 30 minutes every day, we feel more active and fresher.

            Hence, I request to the government kind conduct comprehensive campaigns to solve this intense issue.
