Every individual knows that Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan. But still, Balochistan is powerless. The current power demand of Balochistan, the largest province in terms of areas is around 2650 MW but it is being supplied in the range of 500MW to 700MW, resulting in massive electricity shortages.

Thus, persistent and regular load shedding of 10-12 hours in major towns, excluding the capital Quetta, is a matter of routine, whatever the season the situation in the rural areas, where 90 percent of the total 14.17 million population lives, is worse as electricity is available only for 7 hours on a daily basis, while there are areas that are not linked with the national or regional grid systems at all. If the condition remains so then the province can't develop soon.

At the last, I want to request to Balochistan leaders make Balochistan powerful not powerless.
