The intermediate examinations across
Balochistan commenced on 17th May. According to sources, more than fifty
thousand students are appearing in the current ongoing exams. On the other
hand, the arrangements made by the concerned board are not satisfactory. The
students face multiple issues in their examination halls.
The current conduct of said examinations
across Turbat city is contrary to the statements made by board officials. In a
weather-touching temperature of 50 Celsius, students are compelled to take
their papers in acute load shedding for hours. Similarly, no arrangements for generators are either made by the concerned schools or board officials in the
respective examination halls. The tears scrolling down their faces affect their
answer sheets which resultantly bring a discouraging result for them. The
students are also compelled to drink hot water during their papers.
However, the concerned authorities have yet
not paid heed to these issues which are based on irresponsibility. The
concerned board officials and the District administration need to sort out the
problems faced by the students in their examination halls.
