Recently, a one-day free medical camp was organized in Bal Nigwar on the 3rd of September, on Sunday where 550 patients participated including children, men, and women, who came from the surrounding areas of Bal Nigwar as Kapkapar, Kucha, Dizdir, Kashap, Kaleero, Machi Chaman, Talvi, Sorik, Machath, and other areas.

The medical team appeared there at 11:00 from Turbat to Bal Nigwar the team was led by Major Basher, the retired Deputy Commissioner of Kech, Mahmad Ameen, SHO of Bal Nigwar, Dr. Abdul Lateef Dashti, the District Health Officer of Kech, and the security forces played their role for the protection of the civilian as well.

Besides this, the doctors who came from Turbat checked the patients as well as provided free medicines related to different diseases such as headaches, malaria, and other health problems.

Besides, District Health Officer (DHO) Kech Dr. Lateef visited Bal Nigwar hospital where he observed the problems and satisfied the people to provide medicines and ordered to the whole hospital staff to perform their duties.

In addition, Dashti explained to the media reporters that Shabeer Ahmed Mingal, Syed Ahsan Shah, the Provincial Health Minister, and Basheer Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner of Kech have been playing a significant role to provide medical facilities to remote areas as well.

Besides, the residents of Bal Nigwar were too excited about the wonderful contribution or performance of the concerned authorities to conduct a one-day free medical camp where the villagers got opportunities for treatment instead of going to Turbat or Karachi which takes several times.

But, sadly, the local doctors of the regions have not played their duties just take salaries from the government.

" There is a lack of medicine and the given medicines are expired, too, " a local complained. The posted doctors are 15 approximately in the whole region, but unfortunately, no one is performing their duties instead of a single doctor is following his duty," the residents explained.

As a resident of this area, I plea to the health department to make ensure to the doctors follow their duties as soon as possible.
