Pakistan emerged on the map of the world on August 14, 1947. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah defined unity, faith, and discipline. Ironically his motto is only confined to our textbooks and no one pays heed to it in practical terms. The situation in the country is getting worst enough on daily basis and there is no rule of law.

Every political party wants to stay in power by hook or by crook. The federal government today is a coalition of multiple parties and everyone wants to share in power even as the country struggles to achieve stability. Instead of working for the development of the country and its public, the political parties mock and pull each other down.

Due to their unending difference,, Pakistan faces a plethora of challenges such as inflation, the declining rupee's value, and foreign investment. If the politicians really want to work for the country, they should focus on their respective provinces first and it is the need for the hours to stand united under the national flag.
