Water is essential and the lifeblood of ecosystems, including, forests, lakes, and wetlands. As well as, for processing and preparation of foods all living creatures require to run their life process with containing approximately around 75-90%. However, the shortfall of water is now one of the leading challenges. The scarcity of water too marked the agricultural hike of Makran toward destruction. 

            Traditionally, agriculture is of geographical importance in Makran and the soil in Makran is rich and fertile for farming. Similarly, Gardening is a symbolic and prominent occupation in the Makran region over centuries. It can be unequivocally declared that majorities of the families’ economical life depend on agriculture, therefore, the trend of cultivating has been considered a prerequisite component of earning a prosperous living, especially in the Makran region. 

            But miserably water resources dwindling in Makran division is an alarming sign that became in blocking hindrance on the path of our agricultural production prosperity. It lost indulging the citizen in various grievances and the collapse of the ruler's economy aggravated their financial conditions too. The scarcity of water also hit the sustainable development of Makran agricultural due to disappeared resources like karez system the life that it sustains Makran agriculture, but loss keeps the situation deteriorating.

Karez in Makran is an antique and an afflictive method for cultivation nevertheless, it carries great importance in the economic and cultural life of the region. More importantly, Water scarcity has had a big impact on the social well-being of the people in the Makran region. Because water shortage is connected to food, health, and other life-security issues. Agriculture in Makran is confronting leading challenges. Today, Makran's green and lush gardens are in a derelict state.  

Due to the dire effects of the drought, Makran's water sources went underground. In this sense, the farming system of Makran suffered heavy losses. Additionally, the severe drought has irrigated our land barren.

            In brief, we should evolve by consuming primitive ways to enhance the capacity of underground water and use them efficiently and wisely for the security of agriculture, because financial settlements of life in Makran lie by cultivation.
