No one can hide
the fact that Balochistan is the richest land in Pakistan with its numerous
resources. Contrary to being rich, this province is confronting a lot of
challenges. for instance, child labor, unemployment, water crisis, and
inflation. These all are the major issues of Pakistan but the main thing to be
considered is that its education system is not good. As we all know that
education is the backbone of every nation but it is woeful to hear that
Balochistan has the highest illiteracy rate in Pakistan among all provinces
even its population is just 12.34 million which is less than Karachi.
In addition,
78% of girls are out of school in Balochistan. Its education system is
exceptionally blameworthy. Electricity, boundary walls, lack of teachers,
shortage of government schools, and lack of toilets are the major problems of
this province. Balochistan has 1,815 schools without a building and most of
them belong to rural areas.
It is astonishing to hear that one teacher attends many
classes even though teachers are unqualified and got selected by dint of recommendations.
It is noteworthy that numerous teachers exist in the list government and taking
salaries, are not attending their classes, and doing jobs aboard. According to
Google 66℅ children in Balochistan are out of school. Now we have to ponder
what will be the future of Balochistan because its future architects are out of
school.
I request the
government to solve this issue and bring improvements to the education system
of Balochistan.
