Communication is a process through which you convey your messages to others. In other words, Communication is also the act of giving, receiving, and sharing information or talking, writing, listening, and reading. And good communicators always listen, speak and write carefully. They respect every individual's opinions.

          Strong communication skills can help us to interact vis-à-vis and in the online world. Texting, chatting, and posting responsibly depend on understanding how words and images affect others.
          There are seven essentials of understandable communication. They are: creating ideas, encoding them, an exceptional sender, an understandable medium, a wishful receiver, decoding them, and fruitful feedback. The absence of anyone from aforementioned converts the superb communications to miscommunication which means a failure to communicate accurately.

1) Creating ideas: It is the first and initial step of communication where the speaker develops imaginations and thoughts in his mind before communicating.

2) Encoding them: the second and vital process of communication through which the communicators covert the ideas into words in order to convey the messages.

3) exceptional sender: An exceptional sender is a person by whom messages are passed by or forwarded to the listeners accurately.

4) Medium/ language: Language should be understandable to help the communicators in expressing and conveying their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. In other words, language is considered a primary tool of communication.

5) A wishful receiver: The fifth important and crucial part of communication is a wishful receiver, who can be a reader, listener, or observer of the communicators. It demonstrates what the communicators want to convey.

6) Decoding them: It is conducted by the receiver to receive and examine the messages. Decoding is taking out outcode and putting it into an understandable language. In other words, the decoding means translating speakers' messages into an understandable format.

7) A fruitful feedback: It is the final essential of communication that refers to the response or reaction of the receiver to the senders' messages.
          Furthermore, there are 7 c's of communication which are also known as principal for written and spoken communication to ensure that they are effective. The seven c's are clarity, completeness, conciseness, consideration, concrete, and courtesy. Now let's discuss them one by one.

1) Clearance: Effective communication must be clear about what the communicators want to say. They need to use simple language, use simple structures and focus on the core point of your message.

2) completeness: Completeness is one of the most important parts of the 7 C's of communication. When creating a message, it's important to give the recipient all of the information they need to follow your line of reasoning and reach the same conclusion you have reached. This means that what message you want to convey should be complete.

3) conciseness: Conciseness means what you want to convey in the least possible words. In other words, keep your message short and simple. Don't use 10 words if you can use five to complete. And don't repeat your message.

4) Consideration & Coherent: In order to make communication effective to the senders, one should think and look from the receiver's angle if your communications are not coherent they will not be effective. Make sure your communications are considered and coherent you should have a logical flow, style, tone, and language.

5) Concrete: Concrete communication implies being particular and clear rather fuzzy and jumble. In concrete communication, the senders convey "to the point" or factual messages. Your argument should be based on solid facts.

6) Correctness: It is an essential part that both the factual information and the language you use, should be correct. The senders should not transmit any message unless he is not sure of its correctness and there should be no grammatical errors in the communication.

7) Courtesy: Courtesy means friendly and helpful behavior towards others. The message of the senders should be polite and reflective.

Thus, we need to follow these above guidelines to be better communicators.
