And hacking comes from the word hacker who specializes in computer programming languages, and systems, and tries to hack into a computer program to steal, corrupt, or have an illegal watch program, and so on.                      

  There are also good hackers who are members of online security personnel. And with all forms of cybercrime, people are increasingly vulnerable, and many children become victims of such things, and during elections, such crimes increase dramatically, and in general people exploit innocent people to keep their secret.

    And there have been many online attacks in history. One of them was the assassination of Melissa Virus in 1999 by program coordinator David Lee Smith which cost about $ 80 million to repair. And in the same year, 15-year-old James Jonathan hacked and shut down NASA computers for 21 days with an estimated 1.7 million software downloaded during an attack that cost about $ 41,000 to repair. And there are many other similar attacks such as the 2014 cyber attacks on yahoo, the 2017 wanncyCry Ransomware cyber-attack that affected nearly 200,000 computers in 150 countries and cost around $ 6 billion. Also in Pakistan in 2016 the bill was passed entitled 'Prevention of Electronic Act 2016' (PECA) PECA 2016 consists of 55 sections where sections 3 to 25, 45, and 50 cover cases and their penalties, and the general public, and others are related to the investigation.
