Buleda is a Tehsil with a considerable population in the district of Kech Makran Balochistan that has four main villages, Mehnaz, Sulo, Bit and Koshk.

In Buleda there is no mobile internet connect and few of resident only access PTCL internet to connect themselves with the world. The three main villages have internet except Koshk, In koshk there was PTCL internet during 2006 to 2012   at that time they just used to call because only 5% of the koshk people had smartphone. And that was the time, the youths of Koshk moved to different colleges and universities of different provinces for higher education and most of them who don't want to study further for their financial issue however moved to Dubai for labor work.

Most of them fed up and slowly cut their connections. And just some home were left, and then PTCL manager cut the connection due to this. At that time it didn't affect the people, in 2018 when smartphones were rapidly growing and internet remained the basis need of life than people realized the value of internet. I am from koshk Buleda and currently I am studying in university of Sargodha last year my classes were online, so in my village there was no PTCL, every day I went to Bit for attending my online classes which is nearly 4.5 km away. Not only me, have still now the people of koshk moved to bit for uploading a simple document.

It has been Last 7 years that the people of Koshk Buleda destitute from internet, Therefore it's requested to DC of direct Kech and CM of Balochistan to kindly recover this need of people in koshk Buleda. It would be highly appreciated.
