21 April is the day when this world remembers an influencing personality who dedicated his entire life to the Baloch language. I am talking about Sayad Zahoor Shah Hasumi whose life is the best example of nationalism. He opened his eyes in 1926. He was a prominent poet and a scholar of the Balochi language. He astonished everyone through his writing. He served his nation through his write-ups. He was the one who wrote the 1st Balochi novel which is 'Nazuk'. This novel became a drama serial on PTV Bolan. Besides this, He made the 1st Balochi dictionary which is Sayad Ghanj. He went by foot to many places to search for hidden Balochi words. No one can overlook his contributions because he worked on Balochi grammar and published a grammar book.

He stated that if I die, I will not be worried about my children, but I will be sorrowful that I could not do anything for my motherland and Balochi language. It was the love of Sayad that made him the Father of Balochi. We can estimate his passion for this thing that he wrote 3 books when he was admitted to the hospital and was not found. Sayad brought a revolution to the world of literature. He published numerous books. Today many schools are built in his name. His poetries make our minds calm and attract the readers to sink into another world. 4 March 1978 was the day when he left the world and made everyone cry. It is high time in April to study and remember this great personality.
