Siddhartha's " Way to enlightenment"
It is the nature of every individual who wants to know
his or her own nature. Though we are born to know our creator, religion, and
society there is enlightenment that compels us to think critically and
analytically to know our psyche, soul, and peace and who we are. That is why
Hermann Hesse knew that and he has written the book "Siddhartha" a
way to enlightenment help the people view the spiritual world.
Most people view this book as a concept of Buddhism but
not at all, this book is completely different from Buddhas. This is the tale of
a man who spent his complete life finding out the true knowledge. The knowledge
which tells us who we are and makes us peaceful.
The Story Begins with the boy whose name is Siddhartha
who also has a friend namely, Govinda. Since childhood, he wanted to get knowledge of Buddhism but his father did not let him. When he reached the age
of adulthood he compelled his father for going to Sanama. He was allowed, he
went to Buddha where he got lots of knowledge about Sanama. Later, He thought
that he wanted to know more about all aspects of life it is not the end of the journey that Siddhartha wanted. Then he left the Buddha and went towards the
jangle and reached a town where he saw a girl namely Kamala with whom Siddhartha has fallen in love. He wanted to know the nature of love because his purpose was to
achieve every knowledge which exists in the world. He got knowledge of love,
trading, and business in that town. But still, his trust in knowledge wasn't
fulfilled and he left them and turned toward a new journey.
At last, he reached the near of a river where he met a
friend, Vasudeva who was a Ferryman who once helped Siddhartha to cross the river.
Then he sat with Vasudeva where he was taught the language of the river by Vasudeva.
Then he took the responsibility for that Ship and ended his journey and sat there to
be peaceful.
Finally, the complete story is a journey that has a
fruitful message about peace. He wanted to learn how to be peaceful in life. According
to the nature of this book being peaceful doesn't mean being alone and leaving
the external world. But one can be peaceful within hardship.
I highly recommend every bookworm to have a journey with
Siddhartha to find the way to enlightenment.
